You will support the organization, dealers, and consumers optimally by answering customer queries, identifying customer needs, and resolving operational issues to increase customer satisfaction and contribute to dealer growth. You will handle all incoming customer contacts and complaints effectively and efficiently, understanding the importance of the customer, department, and organization.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information and high-quality advice about our products to customers.
- Process customer requests within established KPIs.
- Ensure customers are treated courteously and correctly, resulting in satisfaction with Gazelle's services.
- Register complaints for quality improvements, executed correctly according to guidelines with appropriate solutions for consumers.
- Ensure smooth operational processes, resulting in timely and correct delivery to the customer.
- Accurately process orders and changes, with customer-friendly correspondence according to guidelines.
- Identify and report opportunities for improving efficiency, costs, and customer focus to supervisors.
