Lead creation and authoring of IKEA Concept Learning Offer and secure that the formats used deliver to the learners and business needs, our brand identity as well as to the agreed business priorities coming from IKEA strategies, business plans and growth plan.About the job
We are looking for a Learning Creation Manager. In this role you will lead, manage and develop the function and the team of Learning Creators and Learning Design Leaders fulfilling their main assignment: To create and design IKEA unique Concept learning products to strengthen the IKEA culture and enable IKEA people to develop their competences to meet customer and business needs. You will lead the assignment of learning creation and building a center of expertise for the learning design and creation, that will support our assignment to enable all IKEA people to develop their competence. We are a firm believer in fact that IKEA Concept competence is commercial, it grows sales, and adds brand value. Making every meeting with IKEA unique and meaningful by empowered co-workers caring for every customer.Do you have
- Knowledge of agile ways of working and methods, product teams.
- Knowledge of learning design, technologies, methods, formats and tools for supporting and enabling a learning organisation and its co-workers in an omnichannel workplace.

- You are truly committed to lead and facilitate the IKEA Concept learning assignment to come alive throughout the design and creation of the complete IKEA Concept learning offer (products and services)
- You lead through the IKEA Concept learning offer strategy and create the right preconditions to develop and produce a forward-leaning IKEA Concept learning offer always anchored in business reality in the users relevant moment of need.
- You lead impactful and content driven standardised design (platform thinking approach) fitting the learning needs as well as the learning infrastructure and strengthen the IKEA Concept learning offer's identity and position our IKEA Concept learning offer to protect, develop and enable the future success of IKEA trough the IKEA competence of our co-workers.
- Responsible for the on-time creation and production of the IKEA Concept learning offer and within the resources available.
- Facilitate the Implementation and development of potential needed new design formats fitting into our business reality and into our learning infrastructure through the learning design leaders.
- Develop, maintain and optimize the IKEA Concept learning supplier base, that understands IKEA and can innovate with us in collaboration with Learning development, Engagement team and Digital team.
- Collaborate and lead together with peers the product teams, creating value end to end.
- Lead a competent and diverse high-performing team that inspires and empowers each other to perform at the best of their abilities and continuously develop in their assignments.
- Responsible for recruitment, competence development, performance management, retention, and succession plan for the team.
- Lead and work closely together with peers across the totality of Inter IKEA Group and across IKEA with the franchisees to strengthen and contribute to a strong and relevant IKEA for generations to come.
- Active member of the learning management team in Retail Concept, leading by example through the IKEA values as a high performing team and servant leadership to our team members, product team members and other stakeholders.
