Your Tasks:
- Evaluate potential of assigned sales territories, define and lead a strategic approach with action plan, industry positioning, and appropriate industry promotions as necessary;
- Implement acquisition strategies for existing and new business opportunities within assigned sales territories;
- Ensure close collaboration internally (e.g. MICE team / inside sales / sales team / TMC & OTA) and externally (partners and suppliers) for continuous development of assigned sales territories / customers;
- Drive and oversee the group and event RFQ process in collaboration with inside sales and be responsible for generating RFQs, conversions and profitable rate agreements;
- Responsibility for negotiating annual contracts / tenders with the client portfolio with a focus on growing H World International share commercially and steadily;
- Organize sales and partner events and represent H World International there as well as at relevant trade shows and industry events;
- Responsibility for budget compliance;
- Collaboration with the Revenue Capacity Team;
