Are you the Order Coordinator who can ensure that orders of Royal IHC are delivered according to the customer's specification, within budget and on time?
As Order Coordinator, at IHC Services you will be involved in and responsible for orders in the dredging market. These orders can range from individual spare parts to complete assembled dredging equipment. You will ensure that orders are delivered according to customer specification, within budget and on time. This will include organising the required inspections, documents, and transportation to the customer. In this role, you will cooperate closely with our customers and colleagues from engineering, sales, work preparation, purchasing, and logistics. As the linchpin for planning and progress, you will manage the financial and technical risks of projects, as well as to measure performance against set targets internally. Using your natural flair for coordination, you will work according to OSBIT (on specification, budget and in time). We are looking for someone who can also critically assess our processes and give feedback in order to make improvements. You should be able to manage your work using a broad overview of the tasks required while being able to manage the finer details of individual orders.
