As an Engineer Logistics within Support Operations you will independently fulfill a variety of tasks. To facilitate daily operations, you are responsible for reporting, analysis and KPI reviews and are able to address and solve issues that hinder our customer expectations. To improve our customer centric strategy, you will identify and implement process improvement initiatives by applying lean sigma methodologies such as DMAIC and A3. In order to achieve this you are able to understand our customer needs and to communicate and facilitate discussions from a support operations perspective while maintaining the interest of our customers. Also, you will serve as a center of excellence for all support operational knowledge and you are responsible for accurate change control that aligns QA requirements with our actual way of working.
Bachelor or master degree in logistics
Experience and eagerness for project management, preferable using lean sigma methodologies
Affinity with reporting, data analysis and change control
Creative thinker who can identify and implement customer centric solutions
Ability to communicate and present to all internal and external customers
