- Develop & Manage strategic eCommerce partnerships (f.e. Plus, Bidfood, Sligro,);
- Accelerate B2B eCommerce partnerships at other retailers (f.e. AH, Jumbo, Picnic);
- Manage eCommerce B2B eCommerce budget and KPI’s (campaign turnover/ online share);
- Launch new business models, set-up FrieslandCampina @OOH marketplace(s) (i.e. Foodl, Aliexpress);
- Develop new partnerships in food delivery (i.e. HelloFresh, UberEats, Takeaway.com);
- Category Strategy.
Translate the FC Category strategies to online strategies;
- Develop and execute the online promotion/activation calendar for your customers;
- Translate online Channel/Customer/Category specific data to actionable insights and plans;
- Embed eCom in the full organization, drive OOH eCommerce strategy in other teams (trade/digital/marketing/sales/data insights);
- Lead blurring strategy both internally and externally at major retailers (i.e. AH.nl, Jumbo.com);
- Shopper Insights
Generate and be an expert on shopper data sources and how to generate insight from these sources;
- Create the ideal online shopper journey per channel.
- MSc degree (preferably in Business Management, Marketing Management or eCommerce);
- 2+ years commercial experience including proven eCommerce or digital experience;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Proven influencing Skills;
- Strong communication Skills (Dutch and English).
