As GrandVision Benelux, we started a project called ‘SeeNeo’. The objective of this program is to provide a new POS solution (both software and hardware) for all 850 stores in the Netherlands and Belgium and provide the best 24/7 customer experience with a 360° view of the customer.

The new POS will enable:
• an end to end customer engagement independent of the channel
• flexibility to be adaptive to our continuously changing customer needs
• fast time to market with standard out of the box components easy to be configured
• a future proof environment

The interim ALM and Support Consultant is responsible for implementing ALM for development and support of the new POS system.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guiding the Benelux organization through the design process of a long-term roadmap for the SeeNeo solution, including working together with architects on the architectural design.
• Responsible for implementing ALM with a primary focus on designing the support processes and change management (maintenance) process.
• Facilitating support and maintenance on the product after it has been released.
• Responsible for implementing service desk and service management tooling which supports these support processes on multiple levels.
• Supporting teams by designing a flexible but documented way of working.
• Acting as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team in order to ensure delivery of business value while complying with technical requirements.
• Collaborating with colleagues from Group IT, France and Germany.

5+ years Application Lifecycle Management experience, preferably in a Retail environment

• Experience with:

  • Agile, Scrum, Kanban
  • Microsoft Azure DevOps / Atlassian toolset
  • Software development processes

• Analytical
• Collaboration
• Stakeholder management
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, English, preferably also in French
