Right now, they are looking for an internal Junior IT Sales professional (Entry Level) to be a part of an interesting team at the Schiphol location in The Netherlands. To go more in depth, this company is on a mission to accelerate technical finance reporting with innovative and agile solutions, that facilitate the IT reporting and governance processes of customers. In complex IT and Finance regulated environments –with new requirements, more technical reporting and shorter timelines– their clients feel confident with controlled and audited processes that produce the required reports on time. As an internal Junior IT Sales professional in the IT industry, you will have the opportunity to work with dedicated colleagues in an exciting fast-paced environment, where you’ll help to meet customers’ changing needs. They are constantly looking to improve services, which means you’ll have many opportunities to learn and grow as you build your career with them.


You are required -in time- to become a sales expert of their systems, which will be an exciting and rewarding journey. To be a successful candidate you will use your knowledge, natural motivation, and gained experiences to assess the clients product portfolio’s, provide sales analysis and solutions, communicate updates, contribute to sales projects and planning, and help to design sales solutions in cooperation with technical account managers. You have the ability to create and offer alternative sales solutions to clients and alike and have a penchant for removing or working around obstacles that block a sales project’s success.  As a Junior IT sales professional, you’ll play a valuable and contributing part in the success of these large scale and often high sales profile projects.


In a nutshell but not limited to;

-Approaching leads via various channels.

-Converting leads into prospects.

-Converting prospects into clients.

-Maintaining Salesforce.

-Gaining and register knowledge of the assigned market.

-Participate in marketing actions.

-Understanding the status of the sales funnel.

-Maintaining relationship with existing clients

-Developing the (IT) pension and insurance market in the Netherlands and other European countries.



-At least a Bachelor’s degree, preferable business or marketing related.

-Commercially strong with a drive to win and not afraid to pick up the phone to call.

-Excellent written and verbal skills in English.

-Actively involved in creating new business and maintaining existing relationships with customers.

-Team player.

-Open, honest, and a sales personality.
