Profile Director of Product - App Growth (in Marketing)
As Booking.com envisions a future in which it will serve customers a one-stop solution for all travel-related needs, we are working towards offering a fully ‘connected trip’, in which every aspect of the travel experience can be planned and booked through our mobile app. The transition towards the ‘connected trip’ has already been in progress and as Director of Product responsible for App Growth, you will play a key role in delivering the connected trip.
As a Director of Product, you are responsible for leading a team of self steering teams who develop products and constantly innovate to delight our customers. We hire fiercely entrepreneurial product managers and empower them to innovate. You will impact our users on a daily basis and take our product to the next level.
As Director of Product for App Growth in Marketing, you will be working on all Product & Marketing activities to increase App Installs, App Onboarding, App Engagement on our owned and operated platforms. Your objective is to make Booking App the First Travel App in the World. You will also lead the measurement and tracking team as well as DS and Analytics. You will work closely with the App teams across the organisation to ensure alignment on strategic goals and objectives, and to ensure that we truly solve our customers’ problems through the App.
To help innovate our mobile app offering, that plays a pivotal role in our customer experience enhancement strategy aimed at helping our customers gain and experience more in each of their interaction with us, we are looking for an experienced product leader with extensive mobile app experience.
Using data and customer feedback, you will derive an understanding of the nuanced customer needs across various steps of the App Acquisition, Onboarding and Engagement journey.
