We are currently recruiting for a very strong, proactive Brand Manager with passion for making healthcare better . You are the pan-European brand expert who sets strategic direction and ensures execution for portfolio growth through development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies, portfolio development, internal and external education strategies, and European customer engagement campaigns.
You will focus on:
Driving and delivering strategic marketing to achieve growth across the Maxillofacial & Thoracic product segments including patient specific solutions in the European Head & Neck division.
Defining and delivering an integrated brand and marketing plan in collaboration with other marketing team members and cross-functional partners incl training & education.
Developing close, productive relationships with the field sales organization, regional managers, key opinion leaders, and other clinicians, procurement, other stakeholders to fully understand product performance and customer needs.
Defining the European customs line extensions prioritisation in alignment with R&D and gives European input to global innovation roadmap.
Next to this you will also:
• Develop the vision for assigned Stryker Head & Neck products which differentiates them from competitors and shows how products will achieve maximum potential
• Creates scalable assets, tools, marketing campaigns which can be localized for maximum impact
• Give advice to Sr. business leaders about strategic opportunities to grow brands and financial results
• Monitors sales & marketing trends and makes recommendations for enhancing penetration & share
• Leads cross-functional launch teams to successfully introduce new products into the market, developing innovative marketing plans including positioning and messaging, segmentation, pricing, account targeting, promotion, and field and customer education
• Collaborates with customers, marketing intelligence and third-party sources to monitor, understand and respond to competitive product performance, branding, messaging, and tactics
What you need:
• 8 years + of Marketing and/or Sales experience of which a significant portion is within Pharma/Dental/ MedTech industry
• You are a very strong commercial networker, able to build strong convincing relations with KOL’s within Europe
• You are by nature a structured talent who is able work in a very demanding and hectic environment
• You have a passion for clinical marketing and are an energetic and enthusiastic talent to succeed
• You have a min of a bachelor’s degree
• You are fluently in English and a European language
• You are living in or around Amsterdam or willing to relocate to Amsterdam area
