ING CoorpID is looking for a Junior Strategic Business Designer (0-5 years).

Working at the CoorpID scale-up as a Junior Strategic Business Designer allows you to be an intrapreneur and define how you can add to our success. We are building an organization that you can help shape.We are actually building an organization.

What you’ll do

As a Junior Strategic Business Designer you support:

  • Business strategy and reporting;
  • Business Development and Product Development in defining their plans and processes; and
  • Support functions such as finance, procurement and recruitment.

You will be working in a high-performance team that sets itself apart from the competition by fast learning cycles, radical thinking, experimentation, and unlimited endless energy. Your primary goal is to solve big, hairy business problems in the world of KYC together with the rest of the scale-up team.

How to succeed

Working in a scale-up means building a company. This involves dealing with ambiguity and a lack of clarity. This requires curiosity, grit and an ability to very clearly articulate what you think. You:

  • You are curious, structured and easy and fun to work with;
  • Have a Master degree;
  • Have Excellent command of English and Dutch.

Nice to have

  • Management consulting experience at top consulting firms;
  • Knowledge of Scrum;
  • Understanding of the KYC challenges within Corporates and Banks;
  • Experience in a scale-up.
