The Performance Development Advisor will enhance organisational performance through managing the daily operational functions of Performance Management as well as implement long term/strategic transformation initiatives.
The impact of this role has strategic impact with operational execution and global reach. However, the focus is of the operational execution of the strategic plans.
This role contributes to the evolution of Performance Management through contributing “Thought Leadership” and insights gained through data analysis in order to evolve the Performance Management system. You are responsible for driving forward new products and inputting into new designs, drawing on subject matter expertise and research. You understand the workforce needs from a Performance Management perspective - using insights and gathering data to underpin decision making.
