Office assistant

Your new employer is looking for two candidates who are looking for a full time office management job. Your main activities consist of planning and organizing the agendas of the company’s managers. The official language in this company is English, so it is of crucial importance that your English is as best as can be!  

What are you going to do? 

  • Prepare and issue SAP documents – such as Purchase Requests, Work Orders, Delivery Order and Services Entries
  • Support Department Manager with several tasks such as taking phone calls, agenda management
  • Collect, prepare and administrate timesheets, expense claim forms
  • Travel management of department and Department Manager
  • Back-up for other secretaries


Skills and competences:

  • English spoken and written – Dutch and French is a pre
  • Advanced user of usual Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
  • Able to work in teamwork
  • You are flexible and able to take initiative
  • Experience in Oil & Gas is a pre
