This is a truly dynamic opportunity for a talented Education Specialist who is keen to have a successful career at Stryker. The goal of this position is to educate and demonstrate the benefits of Stryker's ENT products to professors, teaching-hospital faculties, residents, and students across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical information to internal/external health sources such as the sales force, outside health professionals, public, and government.
  • Explore and identify sites for clinical trials in all stages of development.
  • Coordinate continuing education workshops, seminars, and programs for graduate physicians, pharmacists, and scientists.
  • Respond to unsolicited inquiries to establish and/or further the knowledge and understanding of marketed products and related topics.
  • Manage a team, defining roles and responsibilities, planning for the department's future needs and operations and counselling employees on performance.
  • Will work in close collaboration with Stryker's sales team


  • Have a minimum of 5 years experience in the Medical Device Industry, ideally as an education manager but an experienced Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager or Product Manager will also be considered
  • Are technically astute
  • Have a university degree of equivalent experience
  • Have experience in the OR
  • Are fluent in English. Additional European languages are advantageous
  • Are a self-starter, proactive – ability to develop strategies on how to train internal and external customers

  • Are performance Driven, results orientated: desire to look for opportunities to grow business through training initiatives.

  • Are a strategic and conceptual thinker

  • Have strong communication and listening skills

  • Are a team player with strong stakeholder management

  • Possess strong analytical, organisational and problem solving skills

  • Have strong ethics and integrity

Significant time is required in all markets to ensure the successful delivery and understanding of learning. Hours will be varied and flexible according to demands and deadlines and it will be necessary to spend 60 - 80% time traveling to fulfill business objectives.
