To successfully drive improvements in EMEA’s contract & tender management processes the new position of regional business process owner has been created.
A Day in the Life
We offer you a position in which you will build up expertise and know-how around contract & tender management capabilities, best practices, current and future requirements across BU and geography, with the aim to drive process efficiency through harmonization and consolidation, and to drive improvement of customer experience in the entire process from opportunity to contract closure to contract execution.
You will work closely with all country contracting & pricing teams in the region, legal, IT, as well as the global commercial contract management excellence program team, and you will be responsible to ensure alignment with all critical stakeholders regionally in EMEA and with corporate functions globally.
As the regional business process owner (BPO) you manage requirements, define best practices, provide direction and document data definitions and taxonomy requirements. You will deliver BPO representation in all relevant business projects, and you will establish and enforce process change governance rules, a contract data migration framework, as well as a data architecture framework.
As the regional business process owner for contract & tender management you report directly into the EMEA Regional Pricing Director.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience within commercial contracting and/or tender management space
Process and technology design experience, from a functional or I/T perspective
Social and cultural flexibility in working in a multinational and very dynamic environment with demanding objectives
Nice to Haves
Project management skills in a multinational matrix business environment
Work experience and business insights in the medical devices industry
