This is a great challenge for a person with a strong commercial mindset, customer focus and solid motivation. Fluent in Dutch, French and English is required.
A Day in the LifeWe offer you a position where you will have the opportunity to sell a broad range of Medtronic products within MITG Surgical Innovations Business Unit. Your customers will be hospitals, and in particular- purchasers, doctors and healthcare professionals.The Connect.MeSM Remote Sales Representative is an office-based role responsible for selling MITG Surgical Innovations products and service solutions to our customers and thus improving the overall MDT customer experience by a technology enabled, an innovative remote selling capability.
Your primary focus in this position will be growing & maintaining sales revenue supporting the sales execution in several selected customer and product. You will be part of the overall Commercial team in your Business Unit and work closely with the Field Sales & Marketing Team, Customer Service, Commercial Operations (pricing) as well as the Key Account Managers, Integrated Health Solutions and tender organization (if applicable).We expect you to have excellent communication & negotiation skills. You have strong capabilities to understand customers & prospective customers with ability to close deals with customers to deliver results effectively with drive and team work.As Connect.MeSM Remote Sales Representative you will work in close cooperation with the Business Unit stakeholders in the country reporting to the Regional Connect.MeSM Sales Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:•Market Analytics and Market Research around customers, competitors and general market trends •Identifying Target Accounts, Opportunities & Customer Priorities, building solid Account Plan and identifying/approaching Key Stakeholders, Champions and Decision Makers•Promoting assigned product portfolio remotely using all available technology•Leading price & contract negotiations to successfully close customer deals•Delivering ongoing product servicing by providing accurate product information, forecasting and active supply chain management•Managing Lead Generation/qualification process•Conducting regular Business Reviews with customers•Plans and executes multi-channel sales campaigns in collaboration with Marketing (automated mailings, web campaigns with tracking & call to action)•Ensuring repeat purchase orders by understanding customer buying decisions making process & patterns•Communicates & aligns on a regular basis with field sales force and local Marketing organization of SI and other divisions as well with the other Connect.MeSM Remote Sales Representatives from other BUs•Improving tender submission quality by preparing high quality supporting documents•Supporting pricing strategy development, assist in tender submission, maintain accurate tender data base•Attends all relevant Sales Meetings & Product Trainings•Utilizing all available sales tools to maximize sales efficiency ( and completes all required administrative tasks (all reports and other KPI and metrics reports)

To be successful in this role very strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. You are a strong analytical thinker, you collaborate easily with others, you are trustworthy and are able to build a strong internal and an external network of stakeholders remotely. You think in innovative ways and pursues new ideas that create meaningful innovations & solutions for his customers. You like to work with new technologies. Last but not least you are highly motivated professional with positive mindset and perseverance.

Must Haves
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
•Fluent in Dutch, French and English (you will work also with French speaking customers in Belgium)
•At least 1 year experience with customers. Relevant experience would be customer care (B2B), inside sales, remote sales, sales operations support, sales assistant, call-center seller/service representative or similar
•You are self-motivated, flexible, quick learner, analytic thinker and problem solver
•You are able to quickly "grasp business/healthcare environment and learn complex technical/clinical content
•Strong understanding capabilities, collaboration potential, innovation capabilities, and achievement drive
•Experience or skills: consultative interaction with customers, prospective customers and fellow employees
•Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals with customers
•Strong presentation/communication skills over the phone and video calls
•Living up to 1 hour distance from our Eindhoven
•Willingness to travel (up to max 5%) to selected local (BELUX) accounts

Nice to Haves
•Remote sales experience in Medical Devices or High-Tech environment is a plus
•(Field) sales experience or customer service experience is a plus
