HR Lead Sales & Delivery EMEA

HR Strategy & Planning:
  • Be a member of the EMEA Regional Sales and Delivery Leadership Team and partner with the business on HR strategy
  • Coach, develop and support Sales and Delivery leadership on an ongoing basis
  • Work with your business unit leadership to define, align and implement people initiatives to benefit the business; understand business unit specific / customization requirements – drive decisions on prioritization and ensure alignment across teams (incl. cross-function) /geographies / countries
  • Play a key role in setting the strategic direction for your area, utilizing organizational knowledge and a strong business acumen; highlight and consult on people/ HR implications of business decisions
  • Drive the organizational design and development of the unit including change, restructuring and consolidation initiatives
  • Lead strategic workforce planning and ensure buy-in from key stakeholders, contribute to growth / expansion planning (organizational footprint)
  • Anticipate, evaluate and communicate needs proactively between HR and the business unit, providing improvement feedback and solutions
Leadership & Talent:
  • Support leadership in fostering an engaging, motivating, inclusive and performance-oriented culture; consult on engagement strategies and culture change approach
  • Foster a culture of excellence and drive a clear and consistent message around goals, expectations and performance standards for our business
  • Drive people management, including talent management and leadership development – incl. Facilitation and contribution to key development interventions
  • Develop, consult on and implement succession planning and retention strategies for top talent/ high-potential pools
  • Develop maturity of organization by ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities, definition of career paths and career perspectives for workforce
  • Bring innovative solutions to your business – keep close to HR trends, best practices and innovative approaches and translate these to signal business opportunities and risks within the company
  • Be uniquely connected with the business leaders and advise on sensitive matters concerning business function leaders and managers
  • Drive the development of a high performing business function leadership team
  • (Lead a team of HR Partners to drive the performance of the business function through their people leaders – incl. Manager responsibilities)
