We are hiring a Service Coordinator in the IT department. The chosen candidate will join a team of 6, IT Service Management team (ITSM), that is responsible for designing, implementing and controlling our portfolio of ITSM processes within the IT department.

Daily Activities
  • Deliver superior customer service according to agreed services and develop that culture within the team(s) that you are part of.
  • Define and maintain service requirements.
  • Manage on a daily base, supported by the IT Service Desk, the progress of outstanding tickets such as incidents, problems and changes.
  • Physically visit on regular base all customers in your scope of services and maintain contact with your business peers (general/department manager).
  • Managing and execute change control on processes and maintain documentation.
  • Act as consultant in your responsible field of expertise.
  • Report periodically on how work is progressing to the IT Service Manager and/or the Manager Service Management & Security.
  • Responsible for implementation and control of IT processes in your area such as, but not limited to: Request Fulfillment, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Configuration Management, Service Management…
Who are you
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technology or related field of expertise
  • Minimum ITIL v3 (or higher) Intermediate certified
  • Demonstrated success coordinating changes/problems/incidents and preferably projects and delivering impact
  • Demonstrated collaboration and interpersonal skills to work with all levels of organization
  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, with ideally on of the following other European languages: French, Polish, German or Dutch
  • Available to participate in the standby organization
