Job description:

  • Responsible for the development and achievement of Order intake goals, plans and activities of the related BU products/services in assigned territory, in the assigned product line;
  • Responsible to support the growth strategies within the region (budget quotations, order intake, revenue/casing, customer visits), follow up on open payments;
  • Win new customers with a systematic approach / and get understanding and agreement on general terms and conditions;
  • Registration, acceptance of MES products with all customers /end users so that each product gets the best chance in the market;
  • Builds customer relationships from prospecting to closing;
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements;
  • Assist on development and implementation of marketing plans, oversees the sales budget;
  • Collect & communicate market intelligence / competitors activities, project opportunities;
  • First contact for technical queries for the client in the event of trouble shooting and repairs;
  • Bid management for local projects (eg repair/FS projects);
  • Creates and organizes quotations, finds technical and commercial solutions in corporation with the product centres;
  • Independent customer negotiations (in line with sales guidelines and regulations);

Vaardigheden

Required Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree or
    equivalent technical background / Commercial Background
  • Detailed understanding of the business at commercial levels;
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience with rotating equipment (turbines, compressors);
  • Seasoned sales / marketing experience  with 5 to 10 years of related experience, service business;
  • Comparable broad specialized expertise and constant ongoing training in this area (additional formal qualification certificates, etc.);
  • Generalist knowledge relating to market-, economic aspects and Business Administration;
  • Sales experience in an international environment;
  • Degree of professionalism recognised across all departments;
  • Fluency in Dutch and Business English;
  • Flexibility on regular travel;
  • Service Oriented & Hunter Mentality;
  • Er is geen minimale opleiding vereist
