Job description:

  • Responsible for the development and achievement of order intake goals, plans and activities of the related products/services;
  • Responsible to support the growth strategies within the region (budget quotations, order intake, revenue/casing, customer visits), follow up on open payments;
  • Win new customers with a systematic approach / and get understanding and agreement on general terms and conditions;
  • Builds customer relationships from prospecting to closing;
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements;
  • Assist on development and implementation of marketing plans, oversees the sales budget
  • Collect & communicate market intelligence / competitors activities, project opportunities
  • Creates and organizes quotations, finds technical and commercial solutions in corporation with the product centres.
  • Independent customer negotiations (in line with sales guidelines and regulations)
  • To identify business opportunities;
  • Managing 2 sales departments in the Netherlands and Belgium offices;
  • Set and follow up on KPI’s;
  • Member of the Benelux Management Team;
  • Working in the Netherlands and Belgium offices;

Vaardigheden

Required Qualifications:

  • Commercial Background within technical environment;
  • Detailed understanding of the business at commercial levels;
  • Seasoned sales / marketing experience  with 5 to 8 years of related experience, service business
  • Comparable broad specialized expertise and constant ongoing training in this area (additional formal qualification certificates, etc.);
  • Generalist knowledge relating to market-, economic aspects and Business Administration;
  • Proven track record sales experience in an international environment;
  • Fluency in Dutch and Business English;
  • Flexibility on regular travel between the Benelux offices;
  • Strong networker, engaging, well aware of the local market;
  • Solution oriented mind-set regarding sales approach
  • Experience with managing sales departments;
  • Er is geen minimale opleiding vereist
