Manpower is looking for an material planner with an excellent command of the English language for an company in the Schiphol area.

Within your role you as material planner you will be asked to perform the following tasks:

  • Managing replenishment policies and MRP settings to optimize trade-offs, prices, inventories, costs and material availability
  • Controlling the materials life cycle
  • Communicating with vendors and sharing the predicted forecast to improve lead times
  • Reporting and creating ad-hoc analysis on vendor performance and inventory KPI’s
  • Monitoring the order and inventory management process

It is important that you’ll meet the following requirements:  

  • Bachelor degree or higher, preferably with an logistical background
  • A minimum of five years of working experience in a comparable role such as logistical operations planner or material planner
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Inventory experience
  • Available for 40 hours a week
Living in or near Schiphol, Hoofddorp, Aalsmeer or Amsterdam is preferable but not compulsory!

Working hours
