The Logistics coordinator plans and executes the Procurement Logistics operations, encompassing all the supply and logistics related to semi-finished,
finished products and materials from source of manufacturing (internal or external) and point of distribution within the European network.
Primarily, the Logistics Coordinator in his/her role, is responsible from purchase order creation to product delivery at distribution centers,
(as well as intercompany orders), and as such in the GMP/GDP industry standards and environment of the companies products.
This is notably encompassing the dimensions of cold chain, traceability, claims and deviation management, and change control process.
The role has also connectivity with the proper set up and execution of logistics operations in compliance with Trade & Compliance requirement,
within Europe, and including global perspective for global footprint products.
Achieve the European Procurement & Logistics strategy and objectives, (service levels, financials and quality targets),
including the effectiveness of their governance and reporting through relevant KPI’s and core value drivers’ metrics.
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the planning and execution of purchasing and logistics operations,
and is to adhere to the chosen and implemented strategies, seeking to continuously improve in all aspects relating to costs,
while maintaining the highest level and adherence to customer satisfaction.
The Logistics Coordinator plans and executes the Procurement & Logistics Operations respecting established standard methods and processes,
seeking for continuous improvement, engagement, as well as customer and result oriented mindsets.
To be successful in this role, the candidate needs to be able to manage complex situations and significant change management dimensions,
through collaborative effort and with hands-on activities, deploying capacity to handle multiple topics at the same time with prioritization
on tasks under dynamic business and market environment.
Results oriented and fact based the candidate will understand working in a high performing and extremely process driven environment.

The role will also contribute to product flow management design, and process optimization for Europe, as well as for other regions.
The individual in this position, will be a productive contributor to improve and enhance logistics operations and also overall supply chain processes and activities,
product supply, and Inventory management; resulting in ensuring sustainable business growth and optimizing impact to financial performance regionally as well as globally.
Cross-functional collaboration is key in this role, collaborating with the other European Supply chain departments (Planning, Warehouse & Distribution, Customer Service, Projects, Business System, Artwork), as well as Manufacturing, EM&S (External Manufacturing & Sourcing), Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners/vendors.
