Marketing Automation Specialist

The Lead Nurture Manager is a strategic out-of-the-box thinker part of the global marketing team, whose main responsibility is to optimize the lifecycle journeys and campaigns, map the right content to the right place, and is adept at planning workflows. The right candidate will have a deep knowledge of marketing automation and email best practices and will aim to both improve and demonstrate marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue.


Main responsibilities are:

  • Serve as the system administrator for the Marketing Automation environment
  • Perform testing of marketing automation and demonstrate effectiveness to all stakeholders
  • Work with the marketing team and sales team to analyze specifications for new marketing automation requests, including campaigns, multi-channel marketing, and managing journeys across multiple products
  • Proactively research and make recommendations regarding new features made available
  • Produce marketing automation intelligence and analytics, perform A/B tests, and demonstrate ways to optimize future campaigns and communications
  • Manage the marketing automation tool: reporting, analytics, integration with CRM and public site
  • Manage the marketing automation tool to create landing pages, email campaign templates, newsletters and sales tools.
  • You are the expert for demand generation, lead nurturing, drip campaigns, lead scoring, progressive profiling, landing pages, dynamic content, closed loop reporting

  • Excellent Marketing Automation, Lead Management/Demand Generation, and Lifecycle or Growth Marketing
  • Knowledgeable of Marketing Automation platforms (Marketo or Hubspot preferred)
  • Background in Customer Experience design/strategy and/or journey mapping highly desired
  • Strong program development and management skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and desire for complete ownership of a project
  • Flexible, can-do attitude, and excel in highly dynamic environment
  • 2+ years' customer marketing, demand generation, and/or other relevant marketing
  • 2+ years' automated marketing campaign management experience using cloud technology (i.e. Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Eloqua, Pardot)
  • 1+ year's designing marketing solutions (i.e. capability assessment, requirements gathering, experience design, process re-engineering)
