Sales Director Solutions Benelux

Experis is looking for a Sales Director Benelux. In this role you are responsible for the planning, controlling and implementation of the solution strategy and the positioning of Testo as a solution provider in Benelux. We are looking for an experienced manager, who can drive the solution business, build up and lead sales and project teams and establishes long term customer relationships. This includes as well strong acquisition experience and solution business knowledge. The Sales Director Solutions is responsible for the marketing of holistic solutions and steers the sales activities with Testo's partners in selected customer groups.

Your main duties will be:

  • Establishing & managing all aspects of solution projects and structures
  • Developing effective sales strategies and execute it
  • Setting up and support of the relations to key customers
  • Establishing long term customer relationships
  • Develop annual sales activities for selected key accounts
  • Focusing and analyzing market development and competitors
  • Achieving goals & objectives and increase the sales performance
  • Continuous optimization of business processes

Vaardigheden

Your profile:

  • Proven track record and significant working experience in a similar managerial role
  • Strong team leading experience and self-management competencies
  • Passionate networker with relevant market and competitor knowledge in the food/pharma industry
  • You are familiar with the solution business and have a strong customer orientation
  • Experienced in sales and key account management in the food/pharma industry
  • Excellent ability of strategic thinking and long-term planning skills
  • Experience in managing Key Accounts
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and goal orientation
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills
  • Perfect knowledge of Dutch and English. French is a big advantage!
