What will you do

  • Advising on high level organizational issues that your business departments are confronted with;
  • Supporting your business departments with regard to all operational issues, HR practices and procedures (e.g. manpower planning, salary/bonus review, organizational change, performance management and training assessment).
  • Initiating actions (and if necessary support) which are followed up by your colleagues of the HR Global Centers of Excellence (e.g. Talent acquisition, learning & development and compensation & benefits) and HR SSC;
  • Managing employee relations, issues and conduct investigations in support of our ethics and values;
  • Properly implementing of all the HR-programs, -actions and -policies for all business departments in the Benelux
    . Update and administrate local work tools and information sites on HR policy, HR systems, personnel overviews, benefits and other relevant information.

    We would like to welcome a pragmatic and hands-on HR Business Partner in our Benelux HR Team. Informal "Work hard, Play hard" environment in which having fun is essential and part of the HR team who work closely together in our office in Utrecht.

    As a HR Business Partner you are supported by the HR Global Centers of Excellence regarding Globally applicable HR Policy, guidelines and HR tooling. You will work closely with the HR SCC which is centralized in Poland and takes care of all transactional and operational HR tasks.

    As a Business Partner your will provide broad-ranging generalist and consultancy support for managers and employees. You will enable the achievement of business ambitions through the delivery of an effective HR advice strongly linked to strategic goals. On the other hand, because the organization is in the middle of a transformation, there is also a big need for a hands-on approach and advise on a more operational level.

    In this role you work two days in Utrecht en two days near Dordrecht (optionally 1 day in Belgium). 32-40 hours a week.


    • Vaardigheden

    Education & Experience

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or other relevant field;
     You bring 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR position, preferably in an IT company or related field;
  • Knowledgeable in Dutch, and preferably Belgian labor law;
  • Dutch and English languages, both written and spoken;
  • Expertise and documented results in all or some of the following areas: organizational planning and development, restructuring, training and development, coaching and employee relations.

  • Excellent communication abilities, in addition to solid interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust throughout all levels in the business lines;

  • Efficient and shows both initiative as well as responsibility;
  • Well structured, but with a pragmatic approach in decision-making and problem-solving.
