Cost controller

You will perform centralized Cost control, Business planning & analysis and provide effective support to Logistics Innovation and operations team(s) in order to continuously improve European logistics operations. the key activities will consist of:

Logistics Cost Control: You will act as contact person for assigned subsidiaries in order to answer any questions or issues regarding performance and master data. Your strong excel and analytical skills will be required to analyze Logistics data (KPI’s, Trends, Actual vs. Budget, forecast) for assigned subsidiaries. In addition to performing analysis you will be responsible for creating standardized reports that will be sent to the applicable stakeholders.

Data management and reporting: you will perform Logistics Cost Control activities like tariff master data management, logistics costs booking and allocation, and manage exceptional logistics costs for assigned subsidiaries in order to manage all European Logistics Costs centrally and achieve cost-benefits. Month end is a busy time as you will need to finalize Logistics Cost Control activities for assigned subsidiaries in order to meet the closing deadlines.

Project Management: part of the role also includes participation in projects. You may be requested to provide logistics data analysis to the Strategy team in order to support management decisions.


  • A minimum of  a bachelors degree (Preferably in Supply chain or Business management).
  • At least a year (intern) experience in an international company. 
  • Professional expirience with MS Excel.
  • Professional working proficiency in English. 
  • Problem solving skills, highly analytical, hands-on mentality.
