Administration Team

Summary responsibilities & tasks:
-Assist Administration/Finance team in daily financial and general administrative activities.
-Report to the Man. Gen. Affairs/HR (and in case of absence to the -Senior- Accountant).

The activities include among others:

More accountancy support-related:
-Register incoming expense and cost of sales invoices: check, scan, book the invoices (data entry) into the Exact accountancy system.
-Check and sort bulk invoices.
-Create invoice statements and prepare sales invoices.
-Send final sales invoices to clients by PDF/email or post/courier.
-Assist in collecting and checking data for VAT returns and (VAT) fiscal representation activities.
-Filing/archiving of (financial) documents.
-Other financial-related support tasks such as various data entry and/or data collection upon request.

More general administration support-related:
-Process holiday request forms in a general survey (before passing them on to the Ass.-Man.).
-Purchase office supplies at the management’s request.
-Assist in receiving clients and visitors (opening the door, showing them to the meeting room, providing beverages).
-Arrange hotel/flight/taxi/lunch & dinner bookings at the management’s request.
-Make food arrangements (lunch/dinner) at the office for clients and staff doing overtime/extra work.
-Support the Managing Director/Japanese staff with possible issues with the Dutch language, housing and living in NL etc.
-Other general administrative tasks upon request.

Nippon Express NEC Logistics Europe B.V. is looking for a new colleague per mid-October 2019 seriously interested in a part-time position as (Junior) Administrative Support Officer for the Administration Team.

One will start out with fixed-term contracts that would become a permanent contract after proven ability. It’s a part-time position for about 16 hours per week (schedule to be determined in mutual consultation).

between euro 1700 and 2200 gross per month, varying depending on skills, knowledge and experience.
