As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the customer experience in handling the Order to Cash process (OTC). You will provide customers and sales staff with excellent service and actual information. You will closely work together with sales and account managers, your Supply Chain colleagues, and your colleagues in the department.
You are proactive in building good relationships with your customers and internal stakeholders, in processing and following up on customer orders in SAP and in continuously improving your daily work.
Within a strong LEAN / continuous improvement culture, we expect you to proactively come up with ideas to improve the customer experience as well as the OTC process efficiency and automation by using your excellent analytical skills, creativity and drive for results; we consider this as a very important part of your role.
Next to that you are a strong team player that will back up and help your colleagues in the team. In this position you will report to a Team Leader.
