In the position of F&B manager, you and your colleague are responsible for serving and providing service to guests in the restaurant. So we are looking for an enthusiastic person who likes to work in the early morning shifts.
Your function in a small and close team in which you guarantee a flawless breakfast service where the care and comfort of our guests is the most important. You maintain quality and ensure that your department works in accordance with the hygiene code and HACCP.
You do a stock count once a week and you place orders twice a week.

Grand Hotel Downtown is een jong 4-sterren hotel, gevestigd in het hippe en upcoming Oud-West. Het hotel heeft in 46 kamers en is op slechts 10 minuten loopafstand van het Leidseplein.
