Interim Payroll administrator

You are responsible for accurate and in time payment of salaries to the employees of the Netherlands.

Key tasks:

  • Running monthly reports on hours, mileage, vacation days, compensation & benefits, to manage monthly adjustments, changes for all employees
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll administration in cooperation with ADP and HR
  • Make sure that employees are paid correctly and on time and receive their individual pay slip
  • Advise employees on salary related questions and benefits package
  • Maintain contact ADP
  • Deliver monthly statistics to local HR

  • Monthly statistics to local HR
  • Monthly salary run
  • Monthly reporting to HQ on salaries
  • Yearly salary revieuws
  • Yearly bonus cycle
  • Yearly CLA increase / Orsted increase
  • Yearly end year bonus cycle
  • Yearly review of benefit scheme

    20 hours per week, to be arranged at your own flexibility.

Vaardigheden

Essential:

  • Bachelor Human Resources management or MBO + 10 years experience
  • Praktijkdiploma (PDL) salary administration
  • At least two years of work experience with ADP salary program
  • At least two years of work experience with SAP
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, written and verbally
  • Prepared to travel occasionaly

    Desirable:
  • Knowledge of payroll related Duth legislation and social security
  • Knowledge of pensions
  • Knowledge of Dutch tax system
  • Experience in international organisation

    Competences:
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Accurate and well organised
