Providing support to a few managers at a time
Complex travel, meeting and calendar arrangements
Organizing lunches and team events
Processing expense reports
Meet and greet international guests i.e. Executives, Auditors and employees of all levels and facilitate their meetings and events if needed
Acting as a backup for the other Assistants and Office Manager/Receptionist
Able to work independently yet a strong team player
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills towards all levels of staff and peers
Multitasker with good organisational and time management skills
Able to identify a sense of urgency and act accordingly
Proactive and maintaining high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Relevant secretarial education
Fluent English and Dutch is essential
