Dow has a challenging opportunity for a Turnaround Scheduler (f/m) to be located in Terneuzen, The Netherlands.


The Turnaround (TA) scheduler will be part of the Site Turnaround Team.

The primary responsibilities are:

  • Builds the Turnaround schedule in co-ordination with the Turnaround FEL (front end loading) planning activities and milestones.
  • Integrate project schedule into the TA schedule.
  • Define critical path activities.
  • Apply schedule optimization activities in order to create the most effective and productive schedule for execution.
  • Performs Turnaround staffing density checks or staffing limitation checks to analyze and validate schedule durations and forecast completion dates.
  • Providing daily progress reports during execution and advice on activities that become critical.
  • Work together with the Regional scheduler to ensure that the quality of the schedule is in alignment with the Turnaround methodology.
  • Providing input for improvement to the Regional team.

  • Excellent use of Primavera P6.
  • High analytical skills.
  • Dutch and English speaking.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • More than five years of roasting experience are required.
  • Production experience is highly preferred.
  • Reversal experience is preferred.


Masters Degree in Science or related
