Account Manager Assistant-Dutch Market (Internship) in Barcelona, Spain

You will join a group of young, talented, international and dynamic people who are constantly looking for new challenges and adventures. We are media-online and Lead generation agency based in Barcelona. LoudingAds, is a start-up with huge growth potential. Working with us will give you the opportunity to gain first hand experience and work closely together with publishers and advertisers, ensuring the best results for our clients. The internship is intended for a duration of 6 months but can be extended and gain a permanent contract.

Wat ga je doen?

Your Tasks Involve

Database management

  • Manage and execute of E-mail campaigns by negotiating with marketing affiliate platforms, media agencies and advertisers.
  • Negotiate the pay-outs and business models with new and existing partners.
  • Send and follow-up on business proposals in collaboration with management
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing business partners and clients.
  • Expand the Dutch market, ensuring the increase in eCPM and margin.
  • Analyze and optimize the results of affiliate programs and campaigns.
  • Actively prospect for new advertisers and database owners through Linkedin and phone calls.


  • Financial administration - generating income reports and keeping track of the invoicing process
  • Monthly reporting of revenues to management
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings


Dutch native speaker and fluent in English and Spanish. Sales spirit, negotiation skills and good communication skills. You have the ability to organize your own schedule and work under pressure. Strong partnership management skills. Results oriented person with ability to learn quickly. Analytical skills are also highly valued.
Good level of Microsoft Office. Proactive and positive attitude. We significantly value autonomy, as much as the flexibility to work within an international team. Must be enrolled in higher education (University or school of applied science).
