We are looking for a jr. service account manager who plays as a single point of contact towards service partners and customers for Service & Support, discuss/negotiate and implement standardized Service agreements when required, controls service activities to be aligned with SLA, local regulations; define activity plan and follow up with service partners in order to improve Customer Satisfaction and actively support sales objectives in Distribution/Retail. Key responsibilities are: Service partners Agreements; negotiates the service agreements, SLA with retailers; facilitator of service relations, Service Business Development; support Sales and Marketing teams, Business Review and Innovate service processes.
It is required you have a bachelor degree and already have work experience. Your English level is excellent both writing and word. It is an advantage to speak German. You have very good knowledge of Excel. Are you the most suitable candidate? Please contact us asap.
