Your new organization and our client is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. Your new employer is an international fast growing organization operating in the medical devices industry. The Amsterdam office and team is responsible for all the finance and accounting activities for the International business with a focus on central Europe consistent of the Benelux and surrounding countries. In this role you will be a valued business partner to the Executive Vice President International, the Financial Manager EMEA and a valued member of the team.
Considering the situation and the complexity we are recruiting a firm Financial Analyst who can hit the ground running!
Your new role
Within your new role you will be responsible for the financial planning and management of Trading Company and Commercial operating budgets to include the following functions: Commercial, Operations, Finance & Accounting, Tax, IT, Legal and HR. In addition you will perform quarterly forecasting relating to the P&L, from revenue to expenses.
Also your dedication to the annual operating plan and 5 year strategic plan, including the buildup, analysis and reporting is of importance. As is utilizing the Company system tools to load data and report and cash projections and funding as appropriate under the Trading Company structure.
You will also be responsible for support of the accounting close, including analysis and accruals for operating activities as well as weekly revenue forecast reporting, analytics and management reporting, including fluctuation analysis and preparing presentations and analytics for monthly business reviews.
Also your tasks will consist out of revenue analytics and forecasting, distributor analytics, with analysis for potential deals, opportunities and M&A, evaluation efforts around distributors versus agency models, other detailed modeling as necessary, headcount control, budget and spend control mindset, system approvals, including headcount and spend, and supplying business leaders with data to make informed business decisions.
