We're looking for a delivery focused and customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to help us further establish our leadership position in one of the hottest markets at the moment: fintech. As a digital-savvy Product Manager, you will be part of the leadership team responsible for one of the product tribes (50+ FTE) within our clients R&D department. You will contribute directly to the products used by our global customers and will have an impact on the 70+ million end-customers they serve on a daily basis.
As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the overall product experience for one of our core products, and will manage this through the complete product life cycle. Your main objective is to deliver products that customers love while accelerating growth by making customers successful, creating product innovation, and by having a customer-focused product development approach.
You’re a digital native with an entrepreneurial background that knows enough tech to talk tech, enough business to talk business, and enough UX to talk UX. You know what it means to solve complex, functional and analytical problems while keeping the customer top of mind, and you get things done while having your whole team (50 FTE working in standalone squads with their own dedicated Product Owner, whom you manage) productive. You can translate customer opportunities and pain points into detailed product requirements, and possess the necessary communication and leadership skills to have your team aligned on vision and mission.
You’re used to taking responsibility and can manage the full product life cycle of your tribe, from requirements gathering through production and release, and interacting with customers to understand and meet their needs. You will spend time with customers to understand their challenges, while gathering insights into how to solve problems and deliver new features. You know how to bring value to an MVP or prototype, and iterate to full product. You believe in a ‘lean startup’ approach to product development that’s focused around a constant cycle of feedback, measurement and optimization versus going for a ‘big bang’
7+ years’ experience in product management within a software company active in the areas of Portal Software, WCM, MADP, or banking software.
All-round skills, from technology to project management, to user experience and marketing.
Excellent communication skills in English, and you’re a skilled presenter.
Ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements.
Experience with Agile software development, including applicable tooling such as Jira.
Experience with modern software product development, including continuous integration and automated testing.
