As Chef de Partie Patisserie you will be passionate about quality, fresh ingredients and delivering excellent dishes. Professional and committed with a focus on detail, you will have the opportunity to continue to develop your skills across all corners of the kitchen whilst showcasing your talent for cooking.
An excellent team player with strong communication skills, you will have a passion for delivering a great customer experience. You will already have gained experience within a quality stand alone restaurant or hotel environment within a similar role, and are able to work and guide the demi chef de partie in your section.
