Functie omschrijving

  • processing and confirming orders and managing the order book
  • coordinating production and delivery periods with planning/purchasing
  • coordinating deliveries with the customer
  • checking order specifications and prices as well as monitoring delivery times
  • processing orders on demand
  • preparing and issuing quotations in consultation with the Account Manager
  • monitoring order progress versus available production capacity
  • monitoring sales versus the budget
  • drawing up sales budgets and sales forecasts in consultation with the Account Manager
  • following up action points from annual contracts and account visits regarding e.g. price, volume and logistics agreements, special projects and general matters
  • ensuring the availability of samples and sending samples to customers upon request
  • dealing with complaints and ensuring that they are properly recorded
  • handling and checking invoices
  • monitoring payment deadlines and credit limits
  • managing conditions and prices by means of price lists.
  • monitoring and reporting on developments within own accounts
  • providing support in producing presentations for the accounts
  • acting as the account point of contact and deputising for reviewing procedures and making proposals for improvement
  • providing information to customers, the Account Manager and the remaining internal organisation
  • creating monthly reports on the account group
  • implementation of tasks and responsibilities within the account team.

  • professional and intellectual ability at intermediate vocational education (MBO+) level
  • several years of work experience in a administrative commercial business to business environment
  • holds a category B driving licence
  • good written and spoken command of Spanish and English
  • accurate
  • good at figures
  • result-oriented, customer-oriented and enterprising
  • persuasive and perseverant
  • able to cope with stress
  • flexible and independent
  • good verbal and written communication skills
  • has good knowledge and experience of working with computers
  • hands-on mentality
  • team player.


Salary depending on experience €2.500 - €3.200,-

Full time available
