We have two vacancies open at the moment:
1. Customer Service Representative S24h
As a Customer Service Representative S24h you answer inbound customer requests for roadside assistance in the customer’s native language and offer help on the phone or coordinate assistance through this organisation authorized service providers. The philosophy is to ensure the customer is mobile again as quickly as possible. The Customer Service24h department of Mercedes-Benz is available 365 days per year, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day for customers in need of roadside assistance.
2. Customer Service Representative - Customer Service
The Customer Service Representative role is based on handling complaints or questions from Mercedes-Benz customers. For this role you need to have experience in Customer Service and be able to handle these phone calls with care and empathy. This job has more regular working hours, you will work monday to friday between 8 and 6 o'clock.
- Higher vocational education;
- (Near-) native German speaker;
- Fluent in English;
- Advanced negotiation skills;
- Computer literacy;
- very good knowledge of geography of Germany;
- Experience in customer care;
- Open-minded to a diversityof cultures;
- Ability to prioritize, analyze, plan and coordinate on high volumes.
- Working hours: minimum 30 hours a week, maximum 40 hours a week (could include shifts including nights and weekends in case of the S24H role).

The Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center Maastricht (CAC) is the central point of contact in Europe, caring for the needs of current and prospective Mercedes-Benz and smart customers. More than 25 different nationalities add diversity and enrich an organization dedicated to satisfied customers and high performance. Employees act as brand representatives ensuring that customers receive personal assistance in their own language at a consistently high level. Our Customer Service departments answer customer enquiries and complaints, while the Service24h department organizes roadside assistance for customers. Services related to customer mobility are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The Retail Services department supports technical and product related competencies for the CAC, Daimler and external parties.
