The department – Payconiq
Payconiq is a dynamic startup within the ING Chief Innovation Office. By using a basic cornerstone of the European Payments Infrastructure of Bank Accounts coupled with mobile payments, new legislation and state of the art technology, we have designed a European payments solution capable to make any kind of payment as well as extra Services where a payment can be attached to. We are making the near future of mobile payments reality for everyone and we do this in a social and cocreation fashion with our clients, we are taking them on a journey. We are not here to provide just tech, we are here to enable people, communities and businesses to expand and grow because in the end, people make payments, smartphones don't.
About the position – Junior Operations and Customer Support team member
In order to
strengthen the team and prepare for expansion of both the product and
geographies, we are looking for a dynamic and forward thinking Operations and
Customer Support Representative.
Your role is
very diverse, and no day will ever be the same, your primary tasks/deliverables
- Answer merchant
and client requests and questions, provide overall support
- Control new
merchant set up, onboarding and contract management
- Ensure welcome
packages are processed correctly and timely
improvements to current processes and policies
- Come up with
Frequently Asked Questions for internal and external us.
- Want to be part
of an international, dynamic and entrepreneurial team
- Speak and write
Dutch and English fluently. French would be an advantage,
- Are process
orientated and like to provide feedback on efficiency improvements
- Have some
experience in customer support positions and are client focused
- Have system
knowledge on Windows applications and are confident with new systems
- Are able to
prioritize daily tasks without compromising key SLA’s or customer satisfaction
- Are self-driven
and independent, able to manage your own time
