Your new role
You will become part of The Global Sales and Markets unit that focuses on driving growth on the company's major global accounts and across the companies practices and markets worldwide.
In the role of Senior Program Manager you will be responsible for three projects. The first is to drive a focused global account management Program that will deliver on the firm's aggressive growth plan. You provide global lead partners with the right resources, knowledge and processes to ensure growth in the marketplace. Secondly, you will deliver a common consistent framework for pipeline and sales and account management that results in increased wins on key opportunities. And last, you will focus on connecting, engaging and sharing ideas in and between vibrant communities spanning varying sales and marketing, sector and industry networks so as to facilitate rapid dissemination of ideas and enable the company's ecosystem to engage quickly around key client and market opportunities.
As a Senior Program Manager you are responsible for managing the logistics and support the Program lead on the weekly team meetings. Further you will be responsible for the preparation and management of overall project and milestone plans. In this role you will connect with leads on investments and other key stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with agreed plans, issues escalated, reporting is accurate and budgets are monitored. You are responsible for the establishment and operation of an efficient and effective status tracking process and establishment of ongoing project risk assessment.
