The Supply Chain Program / Project Manager EMEAR is the driving force behind the content driven execution of the strategically prioritized initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for the design of the program/project approach, resource- and time management and successful accomplishing the jointly agreed upon deliverables. Varying from analytical assessments, feasibility studies to full blown operational change implementations, to achieve the highest possible service at the lowest cost and working towards exceling our Customer's overall experience.

Additional Requirements

• Main contact for interaction and leverage with other similar business Functions in other theatres
• Act as a member of the SLO Management team for developing, planning and implementing future distribution and network services



Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in Business/Economics/Logistics

• Strong (content driven) program/project management experience, in a Supply Chain environment
• Excellent knowledge and experience of Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia Supply Chain Network and Vendor landscape
• Awareness of EMEAR regional trade management implications
• Personality which understands and applies right sense of urgency and take ownership
• 5+ years’ experience in EMEAR (Service Parts) Logistics
• Ability to work under minimal supervision, in a Manager-like capacity
• Willingness to accept measurable goals which will gauge job performance
• Ability to work productively in high pressure environment
• Ability to convey senior/mature professional messaging
• Ability to work effectively in influencing and leading (without managing) multiple functions
• Languages: Fluent in English preferred Dutch
• Flexible
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Desired Skills / Experience
• APICS certification
• Project Management certification: PMP / Prince 2 / Other
