Ensures tender bids are completed thoroughly and submitted on-time, in accordance with bid submission requirements and corporate procedures in order to achieve maximum Customer Satisfaction and to support the Sales Team to drive sales growth. Coordinates completion of all local tender/bid requests. Pre-qualifies all tender/bid requests and ensures that they are routed in a timely manner to the appropriate functional area(s) for review and input. Ensures that appropriate levels of approval for bids are obtained per company procedures. Tracks tenders/bids that are in process, managing and responding to bid/tender-related communications in a professional and courteous manner. 80% managing contracts 20% custserv.
Experience in a similar function is required. French/English/Dutch is required.
