Topline context of the role is to research and interpret employment law, in order to implement HR policies and apply HR practices in compliance with the law. The person is therefore responsible for tracking legal changes in assigned countries, sharing the knowledge with other HR teams, advising stakeholders on complex HR/employment matters, and providing the statutory requirements necessary for global HR projects to be deployed. Focus on Dutch labor law/ compliance.
Fulltime availability from mid Nov 2016 - end April 2017 is a must.
Salary range EUR 2800-3000 gross a month.
3 years minimum experience in HR, legal or paralegal in an international company. Experience in Dutch Labor Law. Ability to read and understand the law, to work independently, work under pressure, make judgment calls, strong interpersonal skills.
Bachelor/ Master in HR, Business Administration or employment/ labor law. Native Dutch (or Flemish) and fluent in English (both verbal and written). German or another European language would be a plus.
Gevraagd opleidingsniveau: minimaal HBO.
