- Assisting clients in the implementation and administration of holding companies, financing and real estate companies
- Responsible for the day-to-day financial activities of the companies
- Maintaining company books and preparing periodic reports
- Preparation of statutory financial statements
- Preparing corporate and VAT returns
- preparing and attending board and shareholder meetings
