About the job:
As a Sales & Marketing Assistant Dutch, English, French you are responsible for the following activities:
- Sales support of the acount managers in Belgium and the Netherlands.
- Developing new promotion and marketing material and translating them in French, Dutch and English.
- Organizing workshops and events for doctors including mailings and promotion materials.
- Providing support on arranging conferences in the Benelux, booking of hotels, exhibition materials , catering and transport.
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering office supplies, brochures and promotion materials for the sales.
- Assisting on sales presentations at meetings
- Ensuring a good flow of communication between the different offices in the Benelux
- Organizing international sales - and network meetings
- At least a Bachelor in Marketing, Communication or Business Administration
- At least 3 years of experience in a simliar position as a commercial assistant in a Marketing or Sales team.
- Fluent in Dutch , English and French
- You must live nearby Rotterdam and Breda and willing to travel to both cities.
- Good sense of responsibility
- Representative and a strong personality
- Pro active and a hands-on mentality
