We are looking for an experienced French Customer Service Representative.
Your main tasks will be:
Process orders and invoices, in order to make sure that daily operational business is managed effectively.
Take responsibility for accounts, support inform customers in a timely, clear and concise manner, and act as the first point of contact for any account queries.
Execute customer services administration and handle hoc requests.
Generate and analyze reports within the assigned market area and timely process monthly customer forecasts, according to existing systems and procedures.
French and English both on a (near) native level;
Great communication skills;
