Your new role
As a Product Manager HR Analytics you are responsible for defining and prioritizing the backlog in the different domains and driving the portfolio backlog delivery through a series of releases. Product Managers HR analytics are the "content authority" for releases and are empowered to make fast local decision about what gets built. You are responsible for the HR analytics SaaS solution from our client and for what gets implemented and adherence to plan (acceptance criteria, validation, release). Further you will develop Business Intelligence- Reporting- and HR analytics tools.
This function is based in Amersfoort (the Netherlands) and will include activities of internal staff based in Amersfoort. The working language in our environment is English.
You are part of a team that consists of your Product Manager peers. You will manage a team of 3 Product Owners in the Netherlands.
The challenge of this Product Manager HR analytics job lies in the field of coaching Product Owners to a higher level, particular on stakeholder management and the agile way of working. Another challenge is the internationalization of the products. The HR Analytics product is quit in the product suit of our client, but is already developed some years and in a mature state. Professionalizing the product development is part of your challenges.
