To extend Selko's team because of further growth, they are currently looking for a Global Customer Service Officer. As Global Customer Service Officer you will be responsible for:
- Managing all activities in the customer order and delivery process.
- You are on a daily base in close contact with our (intercompany) customers.
- You take care of their orders and make sure that deliveries are organised perfectly on time and in full.
- You book (international container) transport and prepare shipping and export documents.
- You advise your customers on effective order patterns, order combinations, shipping routes and custom affairs.
- There is also a strong interaction with the Supply Chain and Production team and with the Quality and Registration department. Frequently you align with the (regional) and local sales forces.
- You will be part of the Customer Service team of 6 enthusiastic colleagues and report to the Manager Global Customer Service.
- Bachelor Degree in International Supply Chain, Business or Economics.
- 0-5 year working experience.
- Fluent in English and Dutch, preferably with additional language skills.
- Excellent communication and commercial skills.
- Knowledge of and/or affinity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office application.
- Knowledge of internal shipping processes (incoterms, documents and custom requirements) is a pre.
- Hands-on and result driven.
- In control in a growing and demanding environment.
- Intercultural sensitivity.
