As you can imagine, being part of the largest producers of dairy products in the world, our Corporate Procurement Management team lead extremely fast-paced and varied working lives. That's why they need someone like you to organize and support them. A great opportunity to learn and develop; you will get involved in a whole range of duties along the way. Managing the team's agendas for instance, i.e. scheduling and setting up meetings/conference calls, booking rooms, and keeping a procurement calendar etc. – will be feature regularly. So too will planning their business travel, including arranging visas where necessary and making sure they have all the documents they need. Helping out with HR related task also comes with the job; supporting the on- and off-boarding of employees and helping to organize events and celebrations. And, when it comes to admin duties like supporting projects, processing orders or carrying out time tracking, again, the team will rely on you to deliver. To succeed, you will need great organizational and administrative skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, experience of working in procurement is useful, but not a ‘must-have'.
In addition to the above-mentioned skills and experience, it is essential that you also meet the following requirements;
- A MBO/HBO level of thinking and working;
- At least 5 years relevant work experience within a complex organization;
- Excellent written and verbal Dutch and English.

- Able and willing to work for multiple managers in the team.
